The automated process of creating an account at iStudio.net.au is done in real-time. Your account is active at time of signup completion. You will be e-mailed a copy of your account information to the e-mail address provided at signup
Upgrading Account:
Upon upgrading your account, there can be a delay of up to 12 hours before your account has all premium features enabled. If applicable, your domain confirmation e-mail can take up to 12 hours to arrive to the e-mail address you provided at time of payment.
Keepsake CD:
Delivery of Keepsake CDs can take from 3 to 30 business days depending on your location. CDs will be shipped via priority mail for address' in Australia, Air or Surface for International destinations.
